Why is it non-itchy? Because I have gotten some of these in the past and because of the fire resistant material, they have fiberglass pieces in them that get into your hands and really hurt. This is a nice roomy pouch so store important papers or valuables in. It zips and has a velcro closure as well. I like this one!
