Didn't find helpful - could be my issue beyond simple mouth guard

In fairness, I have been struggling with cold/congestion/sore throat for over a week, but I just couldn't get used to having this appliance in my mouth to sleep. I had to be truly exhausted to actually fall asleep. It creates almost a suction in my mouth (could be because I am a mouth breather, I therefore snore). Likewise, my wife didn't express there was a great difference. Again, it sounds like I might have a sleep apnea issue and therefore my problems are beyond a simple appliance, but I didn't find it worked for me. #RankBoosterReview #Sponsored #SnoreStopper
