It came pretty quickly and as far as I can tell it straightens hair pretty well. I did have a little bit of trouble getting it to curl but then again my hair always had trouble curling so I wouldn't necessarily say the fault lies with the product.
I fully love the compact design and the color is really beautiful to. It straightens hair really well and makes my hair look shiny.
