Seems like a plastic bag

Fortunately I haven't had to test this yet but I did buy it to protect our important documents as Hurricane Florence was bearing down on us. Upon opening it, nothing seems remarkable about it, it looks just like a thick zipper bag, which makes me doubt it's ability to keep out water. And being plastic, it doesn't seem like it would be fire-proof. I wouldn't buy this again just from the visual inspection, and I hope I never have to find out how well it protects, but just to keep documents together it does the job.
