The syncing works well, you can pair either left or right one at a time or both to the same device, you cannot link multiple devices to one bud though and I have had issues with that recently. I was trying to switch the left bud from synced with my laptop to my phone and had to just reset them for it to work. I was able to sync the left with my phone and leave the right with lap top though witch was cool.
