I love this tool.  I have been looking for a way to remove moles and other imperfections. This really works.  I did go a little overboard and burned myself a little, but if you are really careful you can get rid of age spots and moles pretty easily.  You numb the area and barely touch the tool to it and it zaps. The unit is rechargeable with a nice display.  You turn it one and hold the button while touching the offending area.  I did not feel much pain from it at all and would recommend it.  I will add pictures later with a before and after.
