This eyeliner /lipliner kit by #CINEEN is a great kit for being only $4.99. I love the colors included and the pigment is terrific. The only downside is you do need to let it dry a bit especially if blending more then one color to avoid smudging. That said you get every color you could ever want for eyes and lips. It says you can use all for both lips and eyes but for me at least I won't be using black / blue around my lips but if that's your go to then by all means feel free to go to the lips with these. Are these the best eyeliners and lipliners I've ever use? NO. but for the price they're a great deal. Also great for someone starting out using makeup like a young teenager trying to experiment with makeup.
