Don't let your baby play with this

This would be a horrible toy for a toddler.

Even if an adult charged And disconnected car from the charger, there are still other issues.

The car itself is tiny. This little car Zips around with lights and looks cute. It also builds up a lot of friction and gets hot to the touch. The wheels get hot enough to burn delicate skin.
Putting the toy car in the globe as shown is difficult. You must turn the car on first. Now the little car is furiously trying to drive and you have to put it in the globe on its back and then attempt to put the other side of the globe on before the car flips over and starts doing circles inside of the globe. 
 if you get the car going Inside of its globe, there's not much else you can do with it other than hold it closed. The globe has no seal or snaps. The globe fits together but just falls apart with no support feature. When the globe Falls open the little car will jet off in a crazy bouncy motion of Lights. It's a blast to watch. And that fun to catch toy is too small for toddlers that may put it in their mouth — and the generated Heat the toy producers is it a bad combo for baby.

I give the toy itself for adult play - two or three stars. The globe is junk and needs a redesign. The car is entertaining fun for teens or adults.  BUT It is not a safe toy for youth without some major improvements.
