I have been using these for the last couple of days. They have improved my pain. But, I am still getting the soreness that comes from after standing up for long hours on a retail floor. They do work but your feet will still hurt. Hope it does improve more in the future. I have a problem with the left one because it feels like it keeps moviing around.
