This is my third palette from Kissfairy, Lexy Pantera.
I always gave them the benefit of the doubt, trued to fix the pans and gave a good review. Not anymore! This is clearly not a shipping issue as it is ALWAYS AND ONLY THE GLITTERS that come trashed, NEVER THE MATTES!
The problem is obviously with the company and it's negligence whereas they do not press their glitters firmly into the pans.
If you want to sell loose glitter, do so..just not in a palette where it ruins the entire lot! Returning ASAP!!!
