This wine opener is really pretty. There is a little "give" in the arms so they aren't super sturdy. I don't know how else to expain it other than the other wine opener I have with arms...if you wiggle it around the arms stay down...but this one the arms move and make noise. I like that the top is also a bottle opener. I do think for $15 that you could find something better quality, so I'm disappointed there.
