I am very impressed with this cheese cloth. I use this to make homemade Kombucha and I love that it captures the chunks of fermented food and i do not get any in the actual drink. I also like that these are reusable because the last brand I bought was not and I could not stand the waste. So this is great for going green and I can make a successful Kombucha drink!
