I purchased this lamp for my daughter's dorm room. She needed something that would be useful for reading, not too large and also dimmable. This fits everything she needed. It is packaged well, easy to put together and works great. It is great quality, looks really nice and is perfect for what we needed. Love it! The price though is high, I would be willing to pay $30 at the most for it because of the quality. Definitely recommend it though.
