Keeping sharp

I like to keep my knives sharp. I find that I have a couple of knife sharpeners that don't work as well as I would like so I decided to try this.

I love the way this looks. It looks very high quality. 

I like that you don't have to use expensive oils and you can use with water.

There is a learning curve to sharpening knives with any instrument. I haven't yet used it but I'm looking forward to it. 

I think this would be good in any house for keepng tools and knives sharp which is so very important.

It's not something anyone can really skimp on or neglect. You have to have sharp tools and knives for safety and effectiveness.
