Lamp works as stated.. has 3 levels of dim available. I do wish it was brighter, esp on the brighter setting but it's a dim bright if that makes sense. It serves it's purpose for my night stand, and it's pretty. Does not look cheap like some lamps do. Very well made & sturdy for it's size.
