Good directions and easy assembly. Fairly good inexpensive leg exerciser however it doesn't work well with your arms, at least mine doesn't. Mine wobbles and sticks as I'm turning the pedals. The connection between the pedals and the middle section is very unstable to trust it with my arms but it's been a great addition to my leg exercises despite the inconvenience of the pedals sticking every few turns. It may just be a defect with mine, not sure. Although I do use it daily I can't say I would reccomend it.
