Product is made stronger then I anticipated. Instead of rubber these are fabric with elastic built-in and have great stitching from what I could see if you plan on cleaning them often. I do Crossfit regularly and to try them out all I did was run up and down my stairs 2x and did 10 squats at the top of the stairs. The large one I gave it to my uncle to recover from his shoulder surgery, he is very happy. Amazing!
