This is going to be great for halloween but you will have to retrofit the skull to fit properly. The foam inserts do not stay in place. So i hot glued the foam where i needed it. Then the metal of the mouth peice also fell off...hot glue for that too. 

For the repairing id expect it to be cheaper.
