This knitted hat is very well made of knit and purl stitches to provide the ultimate in warmth and comfort. There is extra room in the top for a bun when I put my hair up and it looks very stylish. Because it is made of acrylic it is easy to clean and care for. I am a knitter so appreciate the work that went into it, whether hand or machine done. The hat is made as a flat piece and sewn with a sewing machine up the seam for stability and strength, then the top is gathered.
