Good quality black garlic. I like it. 

First time I ever heard about "black garlic" was on one of the episodes of "Bobs Burger". I thought it was some type of garlic just black in color like red, yellow onions lol. Curiosity took over me and I quickly did my research online just to find out how pricey that thing is. First time I tried it was at our local Costco and quiet frankly I didn't like it at first but then it kinda grew on me. I have tried another brand after that which I purchased through Amazon and I have been using it daily gust as gummy vitamins for health benefits. 

It's so complex to try to explain it's taste, it's just something that you've gotta try yourself. It's chewy just like gummy vitamins, smokish, has garlicy taste but does not burn your my mouth like fresh garlic. Overall all 3 brands I tried taste more or less the same. 

Reading up on benefits on black garlic I had my father take it daily as well for his advanded Parkinsons. Its been only 3 weeks but my sister noticed that sometimes he can be free of shakiness for longer period of time and believes it's thanks to black garlic and here is why. He has been taking medication's for Parkinsons for over 8 years now and always on the clock, there has not been any changes in his medication, lifestyle or diet so there can't be no other explanation as to how he manages to be free of shakines and be more alert. I hope it will and really does help him for his condition.
