I love the size But...

This heat pad is big than a normal heating pad. And that was why I got it.  It's an extra large 12" x 24" Heated Pad with Elastic Fixation Strap. Which is cool cause you can wrap around your arm or leg.  A practical size to practice full body heating therapy easily on the neck, shoulder, lower back, waist, abdomen, knees, and legs etc. to help to relieve muscle pain and tension.  You can use this as a dry or moist heat option. It has 6 heat settings. So here's my problem... sometimes it seems like it's not on. And it's not been 2 hours. It has a 2-hour automatic shut-off for safe use. Or maybe it's just me.  But I still use it, just wish it stayed heated consistently within the 2 hours. The size is awesome fits the whole lumbar area. Or even long ways could go from shoulders to lumbar.  The Strap is nice to use if you want to wrap the heating pad around your knee to hold it in place. I'd never buy a standard heating pad again tho. Because the size of those looks like a baby washcloth compared to the size of this heating pad.
