I actually got this for myself and the material is high quality and real silver. It actually has a glow to it in sunlight where the setting looks like diamonds. I wasn't too happy that the heart piece is quite small, wanted for myself but ended up giving to my 7 year old daughter and is perfect for her! I'd definitely suggest this purchase!
