How to Use：

Ice Roller：
1. Clean the roller head off after every use
2. Store the head piece in the freezer at all times, or if you are in a rush quickly throw it in for fifteen minutes to cool.
3. Put head back onto roller and roll on your face, neck, back, chest, legs or feet!

Jade Roller & Jade Guasha Board
1. Roll 5-7 times with the big stone on the cheeks & forehead. Apply your favorite serum, moisturizer, or facial mask. Always roll inside-out (never back and forth)
2.Roll 5-7 times with the smaller ball on the under eyes area. Always roll inside out (never back and forth)
3.Same as the Jade Roller, use the Gua Sha for forehead & cheeks. Scrub 5-7 times inside out, and apply a bit of pressure. Try to use it until petechiae appears. Like that you will accelerate skin rejuvenation
