I got this rope to help with my keep fit exercises.
The handles are nice to hold and it's very lightweight which is great, unfortunately the rope part itself isn't very heavy/ sturdy and satued all kinked from being all tangled when it was delivered. It's made it hard to use being all kinky and tangled but I'm hoping that now it's hung I that they will fall out and make it easier.
