These ankle weights from Fitnessery are absolutely awesome! They are functional and they look good. The velcro closure allows you to fit these as tight or loose as you prefer. The white striping is also reflective for night time walking. As a side note, I suffer from restless legs especially when I’m watching TV on the couch. I keep these on and they have helped with that restless feeling. The two included e-books for the exercises are very helpful and give you so many ideas on using these. Lastly, the seller is fantastic. Great customer service and good follow-up to be sure you are happy.
