They must have bothered me whilee I slept as I woke and because they were bothering my forehead and mouth areas after about 6 hours, I only used them once as I'm doing them once a week. I like that they are pre cut and you can put them here and there where it's needed. They remove very easily too. I threw them out vs saving them so I don't know how well they work on the next use.
I would recommend these to others but be warned that they may bother you when your sleepinig other than that issue after first try.
