With this ice cream maker, I can finally get allergy friendly, healthy ice cream without sugar or fillers that won't cause blood sugar spikes or inflammation. I made a coconut milk vanilla bean ice cream that tasted amazing and we made ice cream soda floats! They were so good and my family couldn't believe how good they tasted and that they were not harmful to their blood sugar and health. The machine was super easy to use. You just need to put the bowl in the freezer the night before and then load your ingredients the next day and mix your base and the put it in the machine to stir. You can add vegetable glycerine to make it stay a little softer, or just take it out about 20 minutes before serving to thaw to scoopable consistency. I also recommend getting those silicone skinny 1 or 2 quart containers for your frig so you can make a couple different flavors at a time. My hubby loves the chocolate best. It is nice to not have to pay the huge name brand prices for this machine. It just worked.
