New year New you , well that's what they say , so with that I'm trying some yoga and gentle exercises .
The eldest doe's some stretches along with me , for encouragement , I seem to need a lot or so she thinks .
In this set by CleanDell you get quite a lot for your money and its all very good quality to ,
there is a Yoga strap for stretching , an exercise resistance band , non slip yoga socks, a Pilates ball and
a ring for Pilates , the ball comes with a hard plastic reusable straw to inflate and very easy to do , you also get
a some exercise guides showing you how to use them correctly so you can unpack and start straight away .
This kit is compact enough to put in your gym bag if you wanted to take to a friends or group .
