The set arrives in a nicely presented box and inside are two sachets of the lotion and a mask strap thing to hold it in place against your chin for 30 mins. Also included is a tape measure, so that you can measure the before and after results.
It's really is smple to use, I measured beforehand, applied the strap and waited for 30 minutes. Removed the strap and measured again. I was pleasantly surprised, it did work and I am really encouraged to do it again. I do believe the affect lasts for a few days, but this is perfect if you are going out an evening etc.
I would definitely buy it again.
