Never recieved

I never recieved this. It said it shipped, never got any tracking. Contacted the seller and finally after many attempts they said the item was stalled and they needed my mobile number in order to have the package continue shipping. This just seemed very fishy to me. I've never had to give my mobile number to UPS for them to deliver a package. I asked why they needed it and they kept saying their warehouse needed it and I asked why but got no straight answer. Anyway, I got a refund and now they e sent me message after message wanting me to cancel the refund request, but there's just something not right about all of it. If I order and pay for something it should be shipped and delivered...period! There should be no stipulations.
