great lights, sticky... not so much

These lights are bright, change color amazingly... my only real issue is that after three days, I had to use double-sided sticky tape to get them to stay to the wall. The wall is fine, I've used other lights on them before with no issue, but these just don't want to stay. And, its not like the room is humid... I have central AC. It's cool and dry. If these lights were made with better adhesive, they'd be a real win. 

I can't figure out which app you're supposed to use to connect them to your phone... but one of the apps I already had picked up the box and they run off that. I really wish these things came with instructions and connected easier. 

I took off the one star for the adhesive and should really take off another for the app issues, but since you can use the remote, I'd really only take off half a star.
