This is my first experience using a Vacuum Food Storage device and I love it! I'm grateful to have gotten a great deal on it so I could give my feedback, because this is one sweet machine. It's so easy to use that I literally pulled it from the box and was sealing up apple slices to put in my freezer as soon as I got it. I've already used up the many bags that I got with it and am going to need to get some more. The only thing is that the tube isn't included for mason jar sealing. I'm not sure if it's customary for the tube to be included or not, but I did message the seller and they gave me the info I needed to find a tube for it. But that's not a big deal. I love that you can adjust the settings for dry or damp food, and for gentle or regular suction. All in all, I would definitely recommend it. This is my new favorite toy!
