i got this for the baby who seems to have trouble staying sleep when lights are on or daylight. It was so stinking cute we place it right over the baby head once he falls asleep for a full nap. I know it’s not meant for babies but I’m in the room when he’s napping awake. It’s so cute. Half the time we don’t even wrap it around his little head we just set it on top of his little eyes.
