So I smoke everything already as it is but this brings it to a whole other level. No need to bust out the offset barrel smoker just to get a smoke ring. Don't get me wrong this won't replace smoking a brisket for 14 hours but it provides so many options and capabilities to infuse that smokey flavor in to just about anything. If you love to smoke things then buy this!
