These exercise tights by Gymsupply are very nice, there are no hole or loose threads. These are made for a tall women there is plenty of tight at the bottom. These will fit any shorter lady also the material just bunches up and doesn't feel constricting. My daughter normally wears a medium in tights or running capris and these fit in the hip area more like a large but only in the hip where the twists are. These do fit her medium build but they just aren't as tight there. Thes...e are 90% Polyester,10% Spandex so they may shrink a small amount. Either way they fit just a bit loose.
