Professional chef quality adjustable flame butane torch

I have been looking for a professional culinary durable enough to last for years, but also light weight and easy to use. My grandma use to make homade  Cremè Brulee on cold winter nights, and I wanted. To pass the tradition down to my daughter. This culinary torch although sturdy, is very light weight and easy to use and fits nicely in the palm of your hand, and easy to grip. When the torch doesn't have any butane fuel in it, it makes the torch a little too heavy I noticed. When it was just about empty, I set it down after using it, like I normally do, and it toppled over. The tip of the torch cools fairly quickly, but just something to keep in mind in just in case. Overall I am very impressed with the functionality and the quality of this torch, and I expect it to last for at least a year or two, which is a long time for a refillable butane torch. It was very easy to fill with fuel, no leaks, and no other issues at all.
