I decided to buy this after a friend of mine let me use his, his was over $500 and this one is of course much cheaper. Comparative leave a function the same though, come to the same accessories, and also come with a carrying case. It's very powerful, just like the more expensive one, and is just amazing on my shoulders and back after a long day at work in the hospital. Absolutely love this, just as good as others you would spend twice as much money on, great value!
