Doesn't include a strainer

This doesn't have a built-in strainer which is really needed. It's also very small. This is good or bad depending on how you intend to use this. I separate small batches of stock with this after I've strained it, so it isn't a problem for me. If you want to separate a large batch of stock, this probably won't work.  It's small and light so people with weaker hands or arthritis might find this easier to use rather than a large separator.
