doesn't work

So, I downloaded the app. Tried to pair it with the app. The password on the bottom of it doesn't work with the item and I gave up after a few days of playing with it. Last week, I tried to use it again. Same problem. 

A number of other people have also had this problem. Quite simply, do not buy this.
