This is a good item, for a good price. It's noisy, but I guess that's to be expected. It sharpens the pencils to 2 different finishes, sharp/pointed or flat/round depending on what you are doing. It's quick & simple to use. If it was a bit quieter & also sharpened thicker/bigger pencils it would be 5 stars.
