Not easy to work with

I was unsure as to why I would need a pack of six but when it arrived there were only three in the pack. The product is difficult to work with . In my first try I placed the entire pair into the hot water and it melted and the both got stuck together. In my second attempt I did them one at a time into the hot water and it got stuck to itself. In my third and final attempt it was just pure luck and a little experience from working with two pairs before. Once I got the product molded to fit my mouth it is super comfortable to sleep with and having a case to store it in is convenient. Another problem is that the case is a little too small so the product gets deformed during storage and I have no more left so I am scared to mold it again.
