It was a little tricky at first to put the strap correctly below and above the knee. Once I got it, it gave me more support on my knee while I am exercising. The material is great, breathable and flexible. After exercising I didn't have knee pain like I do at times afterwards. It also wasn't tight on the knee to feel like it is cutting blood flow to it.
