This is not going to work for most of my clients.  It is very big.  It is too big for beginners.  For a more experienced Uretheral experimentor, this would actually be really cool.  I have seen (and have) a lot of sounding equipment, of none vibrates.  This is a great tool for very experienced people who can handle a bigger insertion.
