I am only giving four stairs because I believe that the Stainless steal Canister makes it sound like the entire set is Stainless steal when indeed its the top of the lids not the entire canister. With that being said I love these and it doesnt matter to me that it would be only the top. I use these for pasta and it could be used for anything. I am very happy with them and they are being used as I write this. I believe these are a great buy. Considering the price of most canisister sets. I am happy that there is no glass I have children and the drop everything. Therefore this is perfect. My husband says "I think these are both quality and love's the tops
