One of the better made ones

This is not a high end meter at this low price but with a wide range of functionality, 6000 count display and claimed TRMS its still of interest and very useable

To verify its functions (true RMS, capacitance, etc) I tested it on several pieces of lab equipment including two bench supplies, two oscilloscopes, and a signal generator. I compared the results alongside a benchtop Fluke and mid-range Milwaukee meter. The results from my testing confirm that this little guy is right on the money with just about everything including: AC/DC voltage (with accurate RMS), current, resistance, frequency measurement, and capacitance measurement.
