Portable LED Rechargeable Solar Light with 4 Lighting Modes by Beacon & Beam

Recently I needed to charge my car battery and I found it very difficult holding a flashlight with one hand and needing two more hands to fix the cables for the charger. Therefore, when I saw this portable work light and its attributes I thought this light would be very useful on such occasions. The portable light is sturdy built and compact, however, it feels lightweight.

The lamp can be charged in two ways, either by using USB charging or through its solar panel located at the back of the lamp.

I have not tested the solar charging being in winter; however, I think this is a good way of charging the lamp, during sunny summer days, saving on energy and in this way being cost-efficient. The lamp has four edge protections and there are two protecting corners on its support as well. The support can easily rotate by 180 degrees, for the most useful position. On each side of the solar panel, there is a magnet, which can strongly anchor the lamp to metal surfaces, freeing both hands when doing certain activities such as recharging the car battery.

On top of the lamp, there is an on/off switch button, and four LED light indicators to assess the level of battery charging.

Next to the switch, there is a covered slot housing two USB ports. One is a micro USB port used for charging the lamp, made possible due to its built-in lithium battery. The other one is a USB-A charging port used to charge mobile devices such as phones, making this lamp useful as a power bank as well.

The lamp has 36 LED lights providing a strong light. The lamp can be used in 4 lighting modes: high, medium and low light and red and blue flashlight for an emergency.

With the lamp are included a USB charging cable, a protective bag and a user manual with useful coloured pictures and information.

This rechargeable portable light is versatile and very useful for many indoor and outdoor activities. It can be used as a power bank while travelling.  Being portable, it provides a source of light on any occasion, whether for camping or in emergencies such as a power cut.
