Nice gloves but...

These gloves are nice, attractive.  Made of 95/5 polyester/spandex, they are very thin and lightweight, which makes me wonder how warm they will actually be in the dead, cold winter.  I can see them taking the sting out of a crisp, cool morning or being a great pair of driving gloves - especially because they have a rubbery substance on the palm, pinky, ring and middle fingers of each glove which will provide traction to the steering wheel, but for extended time spent outside in the harsh cold, I just don't know how warm they will be.  For this reason, I am knocking off one star from the rating - come January/February, if I have a good experience with them, I will come back and change my rating and give this star back.  The index and thumb fingers have the pad on them so you can use your phone or tablet with the gloves on, as it states, and yes, that works just fine - that was the first thing I tested!  Back to the attractiveness real quick, the listing states these gloves are for women and men, however I have never known a male that would wear a pair of gloves that have a design on them (by the way, the gloves do look exactly as pictured and in my case, the sizing chart was true to fit!!), so due to my personal experience I am knocking off a second star as I feel these are more of a women's glove than unisex and I feel the listing should be updated to reflect that.

All-in-all I do feel these gloves are well-made and a good, quality item and the rubber on the fingers and palms will definitely help you to hold on to your phone or tablet, even those slippery iPhones if you don't have a case on it.  If they are half as warm as they are nice-looking, I can see these being my go-to pair to wear for many years to come.  #RankBoosterReview  #Sponsored  #VBG VBIGER
