I love this new design!  This new PS4 charging dock design is great.  Previously you would put the controller on the docking station using the ports on your controller.  The connection was not that good and they would get loose and not charge.  With this new design they provide adapters that you add to the controller ports.  This will allow you reduce the tension on ports on the controllers and reduce any chance of damage.  This provides safe charging and enable you to enjoy the docking stations.  I think the new design is very good and applaud the advanced version.
