This UTTORA Outdoor Exploration Set is perfect for any insect & butterfly loving child. It arrives in a large box that you open out and it feels like you're opening a treasure chest. All of the 24 pieces fit nicely inside and the thing that stands out is the quality. Everything seems well made and it just looks so exciting and colourful.

Inside there is a bright yellow chunky set of binoculars. They have a 4 x 30 magnification and are a pretty decent set. It makes a refreshing change to have a proper 'grown-up' set rather than the usual plastic, pretend ones. It makes discovery so much more exciting.

There's an awesome insect/bug cage that again is well made. The carry handle is a really nice feature and to be honest, my kids love using it. I think it adds another element of fun and gives children just enough time to really learn about the creature they have caught. It also means they can then safely place it back in it's own environment when they have finished studying it. I find it really encourages your child to take care of the insect or butterfly and shows them how to be a responsible explorer.

A big chunky magnifying glass is included, and this is another 'real' item. Not just a toy. It's chunky, has a good grip and is safe to use.

The other extras are, tweezers, bottle, whistle, butterfly net, collection box, insect bottle and an insect clip and a well made, light backpack to put everything in so your child can easily keep everything safe on their explorations.

Finally, as if that isn't enough, there is a lovely set of 12 plastic realistic looking insects. UTTORA seem to have thought of everything. It's such a great idea because it means even if your child can't catch anything, or if it's too wet to go outside, there is always something there to learn about. It really is a lovely way of educating your child about the wonder of nature. The fact there they have so much fun whilst doing it is perfect. A real classy set.
