I bought this as a gift to my daughter's boyfriend since he is the chef in the family.  I am fasinated with the way it works.  I can see how to use and how it works.  It is easy to use and clean up almost with no  effort.  The only thing I would worry about is long it would last?  But I do recommend and well done to the seller!
